Oil Removal Technology
ORZ Deep Oil Removal Technology is mainly used for the deep removal of various refractory oils, COD and TOC in oily feed liquids of hydrometallurgical extraction systems such as P204, P507, C272 and BC196, as well as oily and phenolic organic wastewater, and it can achieve precise removal of dissolved oils. This oil removal technology is independently developed by our company.
The oil removal technology applies to feed liquids and wastewater with an initial oil content ≤ 150 mg/L, delivering treated effluent with oil content ≤ 1 mg/L. For streams with higher oil concentrations, pre-treatment is required prior to the deep oil removal process.


Technical Principle
Under the catalytic activation of activator, pollutants in water are removed via multiple mechanisms including activated adsorption, catalytic precipitation, physical adsorption and chemical adsorption. When saturated, the adsorbent peels off gradually and is discharged, and the active groups on its inner surface start to adsorb heavy metals. With continuous activation, the adsorbent undergoes successive adsorption and peeling, realizing continuous treatment of heavy metal wastewater.

Application Scenarios
Treatment of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (1~70 g/L) from industries including ternary precursors for lithium batteries, non-ferrous metallurgy (nickel-cobalt, tungsten-molybdenum, vanadium, zirconium, niobium-tantalum), new materials, rare earths, catalysts, coal chemical industry, chemical fertilizers and waste lithium battery recycling. It also supports energy-saving renovation of traditional ammonia distillation systems.
